About The Program

  • Learning Links Foundation (LLF) a NGO enriching lives through learning

  • LLF with Ashok Leyland as the CSR partner collaborated with Dheya as the knowledge partner to provide Career Guidance to 18500 Govt. School Students from Tamilnadu

  • Career Guidance Sessions for 10th & 12th standard students from 134 schools across 4 districts of Tamilnadu

  • 221 LLF staff & Govt. School teachers trained as Social Career Mentors

  • Trained mentors guided the students one to one using Dheya Psychometric assessment, tools, process & research

  • Mentors provided full support and hand holding for conducting the sessions by Dheya

  • Program very successful with students having clarity in Career they want to choose and a clear path in terms of education, skilling and preparation etc.
