Dheya, a Sanskrit word meaning “The Goal” has a community of more than 4500 senior qualified professional mentors all across the country, to guide the young generation in deciding, planning and developing the most suitable career goal & paths for a successful and happy life.

Dheya Kaaryam Pvt. Ltd. & Dheya Trust are the social initiative arms of Dheya Career Mentors which closely work for guiding & developing the young population of our country comprising of Economically Weaker Section, rural, underprivileged, disabled, slum dwellers and marginalized youth amongst released prisoners & Commercial Sex Workers, etc. Youth is the vigor, energy, enthusiasm and power of a nation and DHEYA understands the significance of using this power for building the nation.

Dheya aims to provide career education, mentoring, livelihood and skilling opportunities to the underprivileged youth who are from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), rural, Persons With Disability (PWD), Slum dwellers and socially downtrodden youth such as Commercial Sex Workers (CSW), released Prisoners etc.

The focus of our social initiatives is on identifying strengths and connecting them to suitable Careers. Our goal is to help these underprivileged youth improve their standard of living and lead better life. We encourage the youth in becoming job creators & self-employed rather than job seekers. We also lay emphasis on minimizing the skill mismatches, personality fitment and bridging the labour demand-supply gap in the local industry sectors (informal and formal).
