Dheya Kaaryam has signed an MOU with Mahavir Mahavidyala for launching a holistic career lab program to develop industry-ready professionals
Understanding a student’s potential is of paramount importance. As once you realize it, the possibilities are endless. To create this path of futuristic opportunities and create industry-ready professionals, Dheya has collaborated with Mahavir Mahavidyalaya, Kolhapur and signed an MOU on 12th July, 2022 to start a unique program ‘Career Lab’ in the college. One of its kind program in the country, Career lab using mobile app technology & community of professional mentors from various industries, will not only help students become aware of futuristic & trending careers and interact them with industry experts, but will also help them identify their strengths and will help connect them with local job opportunities.
It is a common scenario that is seen among students coming from the interior parts of India; though they have the knowledge, along with academic ability, they cannot get through the placement rounds. The main reason for this is the lack of communication skills and personality development. This very insufficiency can prove to be a hindrance to their futuristic job opportunities. To eliminate this very deficit, we are collaborating with Dheya Career mentors for a unique, of its kind ‘Career Lab’ in Mahavidyalaya. This is with an aim to take that great leap of faith towards the creation of skilled and employable youth
