As per the MOU signed with Mahavir Mahavidyalaya, Kolhapur, Dheya conducted psychometric assessments for over 500 students on 13th and 14th Feb in the college.

The students participated enthusiastically, as the assessments will be an effective tool for helping them gain insights into their interests, personality traits & strengths and help them identify suitable career paths.

Dheya will be conducting career awareness sessions as the 2nd phase of this Career Lab Program, where Students will get to interact with Senior professionals from the field conducting the sessions and will learn practical aspects about various futuristic Careers.

This unique program is likely to change the manner the students think about their future and plan their career.
