Dheya’s Career Literacy programs aims to create an ecosystem which ensures that all the stakeholders ie Principals, Teachers, Parents and most importantly the Students get to understand the importance of career education, career planning and how to link education to the world of work for a focused and clear approach in live to achieve success. Students get aware of own strengths, nature, personality & interests along-with various career options available to them, so that they plan their careers and set their destination in the world of work with a proper direction in life. It ensures the students get to understand why they are studying a particular subject, get motivated to study and work hard to achieve their dreams.

For promoting Career Literacy we are setting up a Career Lab in the schools & colleges and conducting programs as follows:-

Career Guru Certification Program Help teachers understand the importance of career education, so they can take steps to bridge the existing gap between academic education and market demand in terms of various careers, ensuring that the students are work ready on completion of their education.

Parents Education Program. Parents are intrinsic to any career plan made for the child and have to be in sync with the decision made by the child, so the children can be supported to achieve their dreams. Usually the parents are unaware of various career options available, especially the futuristic ones and hence generally land up choosing regular known careers for their children. The parents also find difficulty in connecting and communicating with their children because of generation gap. Our parent workshops aim to help the parents to understand their children, how to deal with them and help them, understand the importance of career planning and futuristic career options available for them.
We will also help in building a Positive Parenting Community to support, learn and develop the students.

We connect the students senior professionals from the industry, to make the youth aware of various contemporary, trending & futuristic careers. It helps the students to connect with experts from various career fields and get real life exposure on trending and futuristic careers to select and plan their careers.

To help the students in choosing the most suitable career options and develop themselves so they can achieve their dreams. The students take a psychometric assessment (available in English, Hindi & regional languages) and are guided by a senior mentor who walks along with them. The student gets clarity and a focused approach towards career of his choice.

The students today are not ready for work on completion of their Education and land up loosing precious opportunities and time post education. We help the students become work ready through many of our programs, including internships, projects etc. We also connect them to local skilling and employment opportunities through our mobile based digital platform Kaaryam.
