Livelihood

Today’s Employment Scenario

The rural youth in India, consisting of 45% of our country’s population, have no structured way of being informed of their own potential as well as about opportunities they have in terms of employment and skill development. On the other hand, the small and medium scale organisations, which employ around 95% of the Indian workforce, are facing major manpower challenges. The challenges are to do with skills, productivity, willingness and stability of the workforce. So the situation today is such that at one side we have large number of unemployed youth looking for jobs and on the other side we have large number of employers, looking for skilled and interested manpower to work in their companies.
