The underprivileged youth today, both educated and illiterate, are not ready for the world of work and land up losing precious employment opportunities. They generally lack in personality, confidence, self esteem and communication, which results in bad interviews and their not getting selected for the job. Our skilling program aims to help the youth become employable and work ready.

Training of Trainers

Our Training of Trainer Program ‘I-Inspire’ is a unique, activity-based practical program, that has been impacting the rural & underprivileged youth skilling. We have been training trainers from various skill development providers under various government-run schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, PMKK, MSSDS etc. The training is National Occupational Standards (NOS) based as per NSDC guidelines & standards and was shortlisted for PM awards in 2018 as a successful initiative in rural development.

Entrepreneurship Development Training

Unemployment is one of the biggest pain areas and prickly issues being faced by our country, which manifests further for the uneducated and poor. Youth by default being energized and empowered, are willing to explore new territories and take up new challenges and risks. As youth constitutes a major chunk of our population, we require more job creators rather than job seekers.
Dheya helps the youth with Entrepreneurial nature understand their strengths and the type of self-employment suitable for them. We also help the youth understand the skills, education and work experience they require to acquire to become profitable.
A senior mentor gets assigned to each participant, who help and guide them to develop Entrepreneurial competences and settle down in their business.
